“The Odyssey of Holling Heights” references many of the characters in The Odyssey by Homer. However, artist Watie White decided to put his own take on a famous tale. Through various sessions with selected students and teachers, he used the art that students created along with the personalities they described the characters to have as inspiration. This can be seen in the form of many of the characters resembling the students of Holling Heights. The inspiration and thought that went into this artwork is unique and one of a kind, and one that the students and staff will remember for years to come.
