Best Care Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program through Best Care EAP is available for Millard Public Schools employees.

As an employee of Millard Public Schools, you and/or your "benefits-eligible" dependent family members are able to take advantage of any of the services listed below.

Millard Wellness Program Details - The only requirement is to complete a wellness screening within the wellness program window. 

Wellness program window: July 1, 2024 - November 30, 2025.

Register for your Quest account to complete your wellness screening. (first-time users). Your User ID is ME(employee number). If you do not know your employee number, contact HR. It is not your badge number.
